This PR transitions the default NixOS module template to use the flake-file dendritic module and regenerates the top-level flake with updated inputs.
- Switches the module import from
flake-parts.flakeModules.modulestoflake-file.flakeModules.dendriticand adds adescriptionattribute. - Regenerates
